robin b. returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund. Exception is final sale items, which are non-returnable/non-refundable.
If you're not satisfied within 2 weeks of receipt of the product, please reach out to us via email (email@example.com) prior to sending back the garment to let us know that you'd like to return your purchase. We will send you, via email, return instructions.
Customers must include all items they wish to return, tags attached and unworn, in the package and you are responsible for insuring the inbound shipment.
Once we send instructions, we require the product be postmarked within a week of receiving the instructions. Any products shipped 2+ weeks from date of receiving the return instructions will be good for store credit only.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returns and exchanges back to us.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.
